As your partner in optimising your travel budget, we wish to be totally open about our costs and earnings.
Travel vendor commissions to Travel Management Companies have been greatly reduced, if not completely withdrawn, and we therefore need to generate income through fees associated with our services.
In practice, we find that these charges usually amount to less around 5% of our average client’s total travel spend, and are quite insignificant when compared with the much larger savings on fares, hotel rates and other travel costs that we normally can make for our clients. These savings result from employing the highest calibre of staff, the best technology and exploiting the massive purchasing leverage of the Focus Partnership to which we belong.
It is not practical to publish a menu of fees, since our services are tailored to each client's requirements, the support services required and on the activity level. We will be pleased to discuss your requirements and a corresponding fee structure. This could be a simple management fee, or individual transaction fees related to the type of transaction, or even some combination of the two - whatever is your preference.
