What is Horizons

‘Horizons’ – the Medway Leisure Travel Club, is the brand new service from Medway Travel specially created for the staff of our Corporate clients, offering discounts and benefits along with the excellent service you have come to expect from Medway Travel Management. It is also absolutely free and comes with no strings attached!

Medway Leisure Travel is like no other travel agency. Our speciality is tailor-made holidays that cater for our clients and their wishes as unique individuals .
No longer do you have to be restricted by Tour Operators itineraries, therefore we can make your dream holiday really come true. We have specialist contacts on many of the most remote and exotic places on the planet, so your ideal holiday is only a telephone call away.
Since we are under the same management as the service you have come to value from our corporate division, you can now be assured of the best service for your personal travel, as well.

Horizons holidays are arranged by Medway Leisure Travel which is under the same management as the Medway Travel Management division whose service your company has come to value for its high quality.

All our bookings are fully covered by our ATOL bonding and membership of ABTA together with the demanding codes of conduct of AITO and PSARA (see our website for futher details).

What could be simpler or more worthwhile?

 

 

Terms and Conditions of Membership

1. Members will receive one point for every pound spent on a holiday that includes both travel and accommodation and the benefits shall only apply to such holidays.

2. Bronze membership will automatically be given for the first holiday booked with Medway Travel.

3. On completion of the holiday that gives you a total of 2500 points you will be upgraded to Silver Membership, 7500 points Gold Membership and for 15000 points Premier Membership. This will be subject to a 12 month booking period from the first travel date.

4. Benefits of membership shall apply to the cardholder and one spouse/companion travelling with the member.

5. Should the member not book a holiday with Medway Travel in a one year period then they will drop one level in their membership for each year not booked. Also membership levels are determined by the amount of points accrued within a twelve month period.

6. If a Member recommends any family or friends to book a holiday through Medway Travel then they will receive 500 points as a bonus on completion of that holiday.

7. Vouchers or points are not redeemable for cash.

8. Each member will receive our Leisure Club enews on a monthly basis as well as the benefits detailed in their Membership Pack.

9. This system relies upon email and this will be mandatory.

10. Medway Leisure Travel reserves the right to withdraw club offers with a twelve month notice period.

11. Any change of address / email address must be advised immediately.
